Our staff are kid-tested and mother-approved!

The senior camping staff has over 30 years of camping experience combined and includes Kevin Couey, Sr. Director of Camping Programs, Melissa Thiel, On-site Director of Camp Greider and Nick Benevidez, On-site Director of Camp Silver Creek.
All camp staff hired are interviewed thoroughly and required to provide references that are authenticated by the director. In addition, a criminal background check is performed on each applicant before being hired.
All staff are also required to be CPR and First Aid certified and participate in a pre-camp training week. The training week includes topics on conflict resolution, camper characteristics, bee-sting training, group building exercises, values related activities as well as active participation in all the great activities we offer to campers.
